Book your video briefing through our online calendar. We’ll ask for some basic details to prepare:

• Total amount to be distributed
• Expected transfer date
• Number of recipients
• Nature of the underlying transaction

During this recorded call, we’ll:

• Learn about your completed, or impending project
• Understand your distribution requirements
• Provide our initial evaluation
• Guide you through next steps
• Answer any questions

2. Documentation Phase

After our call, simply email your supporting documents to

[email protected] such as:

• Profit share agreements
• Commission structures
• Background information discussed during our call

3. Verification Process

Once we’ve reviewed your documentation:

For Senders:

• Complete our speedy KYC/KYB verification through Sumsub
• Confirm and verify source of funds from the transaction
• Sign the Sender’s Paymaster Agreement via DocuSign
• Receive your unique Transfer Reference Code

For Recipients:

• Complete our speedy KYC/KYB verification through Sumsub
• Confirm banking details
• Sign the Recipient’s Authorisation via DocuSign

4. Fund Transfer & Distribution

The process flows smoothly from here:

1. Sender transfers funds using their unique Reference Code
2. Sender notifies ThePaymaster® of the transfer
3. ThePaymaster® confirms receipt to all parties
4. Distributions are processed to recipients
5. ThePaymaster® notifies everyone of the transfers
6. Recipients confirm receipt
7. Optional: Transaction NFTs issued to verified digital wallets
